I first became interested in  sympathetic resonance after I was introduced to the raw power of vibrant oscillation. I was performing sound check on a tour, when I heard  the metal roof of the football stadium shake when I played  an E7#9 chord on a synthesizer keyboard.
There was a quality to the chord that made the roof oscillate in sympathetic resonance. (like when an opera singer hits a note and shatters a glass) I had to adjust my performance  to not play the chord voicing in the venue that night as to not shake the roof.

Shortly after that in 1988, I was introduced to eastern studies of sacred spaces and visited megalithic druid stones of Britain, where I had a profound series of visions regarding sound and stone, which opened my consciousness to study Nikola Tesla and John Keely on the principals of resonance.It also got me on the path to Concert Pitch A=432 Hz as I studied the ratio 432 not only in nature, but as a natural sonic integer of  sound propagation.
This was not my discovery,  as we are actually all experiencing a renaissance of rediscovery of very ancient principals of universal connection, and on similar paths. Rudolph Steiner was certainly aware of these ancient tunings and spoke about them a over a hundred years ago. As a result of his lectures there has been extensive study done in the field of tone research and spiritual connection.

432 hz awareness

 I am delighted to see Concert pitch A=432 hz now climbing in popularity and more information being reported and confirmed by others in recent years.
There are many choices for concert pitch, however A=432 hz (C=128 hz) appears to be a tuning center with the most observable harmonic partials found in nature. As far as concert tuning goes: 428 hz - 438 hz is the optimum choice for vocals and instruments. For a Concert pitch, A=432Hz based on Twelve equal fifths is more desirable than the closed circle of equal temperment we have today.
